Sadly we are not able to provide transport from the airport, with everyone arriving on different flights at different times this has not been possible. Jackie, Baz's mum, is looking into organising a coach for Saturday morning from Venice Airport to the Villa, returning to the airport from the pool party on Monday 25th. The cheapest way to travel to the hotel is to book a FlixBus for £8.99 from Venice Airport to Udine, followed by a 15 minute taxi ride to the Villa for around €15. There are only two buses per day and they may not work with your flight times. Visit www.flixbus.com to see timings. On the night of the wedding there will be a taxi company on site providing taxis to local hotels for 5€ per person.

No, obviously we would love for you to be with us for the whole weekend of celebrations, but we understand that some people may need to arrive later or leave earlier. Please use the RSVP page to let us know which events you will be joining us for.

Yes, on our wedding day (Sunday) there will be an open bar for 4 hours which will include cocktails and beer. Wine and non alcoholic punch will be free throughout the Pizza Party and wedding day. A cash bar will be available during the pizza party for those that want beer or cocktails.

Villa Gallici Deciani is where all events will be taking place, we will be staying on site for the weekend with 30 guests, including family members and the bridal party. The full address is: Villa Gallici Deciani, Via Gallici 27, 33010, Cassacco, Italy.

Weather permitting, we plan to host the whole of the wedding weekend outside. There is a plan B option for all events to be hosted indoors should we need to.

We will be starting arrival drinks from 1:30pm, with the aim for the ceremony to begin at 2:30pm.
